Brief introduction of hot air circulation system
Used for paper machines.
The hood is divided into a dry section and a wet section and is pneumatically controlled to open and close as required.
Through heat balance calculation, different evaporation volumes, different air volume configurations and wind temperature designs, the maximum utilisation of heat energy is achieved.
The nozzle structure has the characteristics of high wind speed, strong impact, high efficiency, smooth return air and low kinetic energy consumption.
The production of the hood is precise, and large moulds ensure accuracy; the air duct is designed with equal pressure, and the air distribution is uniform.
The appearance of the hood is simple, and both the inner and outer panels are covered with stainless steel, with built-in thermal insulation material, waterproof and sealed, and minimal heat loss.
The V-shaped slotted air nozzle can achieve maximum proximity to the paper side, increasing the impact of the hot air and achieving the effect of impact drying.
The return air channel between the V-shaped nozzles allows a smooth return air flow, avoiding disturbances and stabilising the wind field. There are no blockage points through the seam, reducing the likelihood of blockage and facilitating on-line cleaning.
There are sealing plates at both ends of the air nozzle to facilitate the cleaning of paper dust in the air nozzle chamber, which can greatly shorten the cleaning time, reduce disassembly time and improve production efficiency.
There are cleaning structures on both sides of the air nozzle to facilitate cleaning and ensure drying efficiency.
